KENDALL, NY - HARASSMENT: Brain A. Millard, 30, 1523 West Kendall Road, Kendall was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Deputy Amy Jenks charged Millard as a result of domestic incident where he threatened to kill the victim. Millard is scheduled to appear Oct. 18 in Kendall Town Court

DWI: Valerie M. Boyer, 46, 13826 West Lee Road, Albion was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the car. Deputy Tom Marano charged Boyer as a result of a traffic stop on Ridge Road in Town of Murray. Boyer reportedly had a 2-year-old child as a rear-seat passenger and the child’s mother was intoxicated in the front seat. Boyer is scheduled to appear Oct. 25 in Murray Town Court. Additional charges are possible.

MURRAY, NY - ASSAULT: Thomas J. Tomasino, 32 15 Jay Drive, Brockport was charged Monday with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Lt. Bob Perry charged Tomasino as a result of a domestic dispute where he allegedly grabbed a victim by the neck and held a pillow over his or her face. Tomasino was arraigned in Murray Town Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail and an order of protection was issued.

ALBION, NY - FRAUD: Angelica D. Eckerd, 27, 3474 Big Ridge Road Spencerport was charged Monday with fourth-degree welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps. Deputy Erin Fuller charged Eckerd as result of an investigation conducted by Orleans County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit. It is alleged Eckerd received $5,154.50 in assistance and $1,993 in food stamps that she was not entitled to. Eckerd is scheduled to appear Oct. 20 in Albion Town Court.
